~toOYAL' CITY HALL - With the new marquee up on the front of City Halt and the
yal Theater sign affixed, the old buiding looks a lot more like it did when it was a
real movie house. That's not coincidental: One of the objectives of the renovation
work was to restore the building to what it looked like maybe 40 years ago.
