Subdivisions Taking Shape As Spring Hits Hogansvflle By Bryan Geter With Spring upon us, the City of Hogansville has begun to move forward with the construction of homes in the sub- divisions. The Environmental Protection Division gave the City of Hogansville approval last week for the water and sewage system for Victorian Glenn subdivision on Collier Street to be connected with the city's system. Victorian Glenn will have 60 home sites and is owned by John Hardy Jones and Steve Selinger. Hogansville City Manager David Aldrich said the Creekside subdivision, formerly Huntcliff, is moving for- ward as they have submitted to the State EPD an applica- tion for approval for water and sewage systems. Aldrich said the homes will be mostly "starter homes" or single family dwelling conventional houses ranging prob- ably from $110,000 to $140,0XL "Hopefully this project will be ready and moving for- ward this Spring," Aldrich stated. "They are really pushing getting clearances with the EPD and with the DOT for excel and decel ]anes.' Other subdivisions that are under construction in the city are Shallow Creek, Greenwave Villa, Mallard lakes and Victorian Village IDE/00LI Mobilel ) ) , 1706 280 Bypass PHENtX CITY, AL 334) 298-1211 .
