Hogansville Area News The HOGANSVILLE HERALD Thursday April 24, 2013 LITTLE EASTER BUNNIES - The Hogansville Library hosted Little Easter Bunnies storytime last week. Selected books were Max's Choco/ate Chicken; O//ie's Easter Eggs; and The Little Gray Bunny. The children also enjoyed bunny fingerplays, songs and special egg treats. Here children create Easter crafts. State Park Prepares for Music on the Mountain By ANDY KOBER On Saturday, May 3, Randy and Darlene Dameron will be performing music on the mountain, This special event is being held 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the amphitheater at the F.D. Roosevelt State Park office on Ga. Hwy. 190 near Pine Mountain. Since seating is on qement, those attending are urged to bring chairs or seat cushions. There is an admission charge of $3 per person for overnight guests at the state park, and $5 per person for all oth- ers. Children under four will be admit- ted free. For those preferring something a bit different, a Reptile review has been scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, Apr. 26, at the office amphitheater. Learn about turtles, lizards, snakes and more. Looking ahead, the Junior Ranger Camp has been set for June 4-6 and June 11-13. Call the park for details and reg- istration. : Programs at F.D.
