BY JOYCE RICHARDSON
Within your moments of despair
And in your sorrow too,
Turn to God and you will find
An inner strength anew.
'orhe Lord is nigh unto all them
that call upon Him, to all that call
upon Him in truth;' Psalm 145:18.
Speak, Lord, in the stillness
Whle I wit on Thee,
Hush my heart to listen
In expectancy.
---Grimes
Pray to get to know God,
Not just to get things from God.
Sunday morning was a glorious
service in the Lord. We praise the
Lord for His glorious visitation
among us, Bro. Hill's message was
from ii Chronicles 7:14.Tthe Lord
tells us we have to humble ourselves
and pray and seek His face!
Sunday evening the message
was from Acts 1:9-11 and Matthew
24:1-15, 27, 36 and,44, "The
Blessed Hope".
Turn To God
In times that troubles break your
heart
And, too, in times of fear,
Turn to God and you will find
His helping hand is near.
Remember when you need a
friend,
A friend that's tried and true,
You need but turn to God and
find
His friendship beckons you.
