held graduation exercises for its Pre-Kindergarten

Troup Retired Educators Meet
The Troup Retired
Educators Association met on
Thursday, May 25, at Ramada
Inn for the regularly scheduled
meeting with President Larry
Musick presiding. Vice
President Alonza Ransom intro-
duced Donny Turner, Sheriff of
Troup County, who presented an
educational program on "Drug
Awareness." Accompanying
Sheriff Turner were Chris
McGhee and the drug dog,
Deacon. An elaborate display of
paraphernalia enhanced the
program.
Algie Parker presented the
recipient of the TREA scholar-
ship, Miss Kimberly Bray. Miss
Bray is a 20-00 honor graduate
of LaGrange High and plans to
enroll at LaGrange College this
fall pursuing a major in educa-
tion. She and her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Butch Bray were
among the special guests of
TREA attending this meeting.
