Hogansville Municipal Court Re Judge Robert Whatley disposed of a large number of court cases in Hogansville Recorder's Court June 13th. Charges ranged from speeding to disregarding a stop sign. • Kevin Tyrone Absalom was charged with speeding 88/70. A Failure to Appear warrant was issued. • Barbara Alford was charged with refusal, vehi- cle citation and a Bench Warrant was issued. A bond in the amount of $500.00 was set. • Fernando Alvarez, who was charged with speeding 86/70, had the case continued to July 11. • Louis Bankhead, Jr., who was charged with speed- ing 88/70, was fined $115.00. • James Travis Banks was sentenced to 10 days in jail for public drunkenness. • Anthony Cedrick BeUamy was fined $76.50 for noise violation. • Jasdn Lynn Brown was charged with speeding 89/70 and failed to appear. A war- rant was issued. • Micah Brown was found guilty of speeding 87/70 and fined $115.00. • Timothy Allen Burrage was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid tag and no proof of insurance.
