Henderson Teacher of Year The 200405 Troup County School System Teacher of the Year is Robbie Henderson an exceptional Education teacher from West Point Elementary School. A graduate of Auburn University, Mrs. Henderson has taught in the LaGrangefIYoup County School System for 2S years. She formerly taught at East Side Primary, Berta Weathersbee Elementary and Hollis Hand Elementary where she was Teacher of the Year in 1993. A memorial service was | ~at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, in the ~l of the Claude A. McKibben and Sons Ileral Home in Hogansville. Rev. Ron aiel officiated and interment was in Myrtle ' * Cemetery in Hogansvflle with Masonic , ~eside rites. ' Born Sept. 21, 1922, in Coweta County, Mr. II , ~SWell was the son of the late Dallas and , ~ie Belle Hinesley Boswell. He was a U.S. ivy veteran of World War Two, had lived ~Itogansville most of his life, and was the l, ~ ~ed owner of Boswell Pest Control. He , l~s a member of Highland Baptist Church ~ lid Hogansville Masonic Lodge #93. Mr. ~ell was previously active in Hogansville [blitics, having served ten years as a City r ; ]~ancilman and as Mayor. ~ Survivors include his wife, Mary Leverett ,* ~ell; son, Michael A. Boswell; daughters .~nsons in-law, Cynthia and Chuck Brazell, f Hogansville, and Judy and Ronnie Bybee eLlville; a sister andbrother in-law, Nellie :i Spradlin of Jacksonville, N.C.; five great- grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Herbert Randall Royster April 20, 1957 - September 21, 2004 Hardwood Flooring Installer Herbert Randall Royster, age 47 of Greenville, died Saturday, Sept. 18 at Newnan Hospital. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21 in the chapel of the Claude ,~ McKilYaen and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. Rev. Cecil Halsey officiated. Mr. Royster was born April 20, 1957 in Heard County and lived in Meriwether County most of his life. He was employed as a hardwood flooring installer. Survivors include one daughter, Tabitha Bryan of Alvato~; two sons, Josh Royster of Fayetteville, NC and Matthew Royster of Alvaton; his mother, Mary Halsey Royster of Greenville; one granddaughter and his for- .~nGerue Exatm of Hogansville; grandchil .... mer wife, Nola K.
