Prayer is a time to speak to God and for Him to speak
to you. It's a time to ask and listen for His reply.
Habakkuk 1:17 tells us that God had a reason for using
Babylon to punish Judah. Habakkuk said he would make
his place a watchtower to await God's answer. When we
have questions and don't understand, ask and then be still.
