Ollie Mae Smith Strickland, 67, of the Lone Oak commu-

Reverend Jesse Crawford Sims, 83, of Hogansville, died
Oct. 13, at his home. Funeral services were held
t 2 p m., Sunday, Oct. 17, at Faith Baptist Church in LaGrange.

uled for this Saturday,

It will be held at the
school and will last from 8
a.m. until 3 p.m.,

booth for $15 (and then keep
whatever money you take in)
or you can donate your items
to the PTO.

one son, Dennis Crawford Sims and his wife, Brenda Huckeba
Sims, of Hogansville; two sisters, Mozelle Bryan of Stafford,
TX and June lamb of Jacksonville, TX; three grandchildren,
Michelle Sims Morris and her husband, Gregory Channing
Morris, of I~Grange, Christopher Shane Sims and his wife,
Susan Capes Sims, of Newnan, and Jessica Christine Stockton
of San Francisco, CA; and two great-grandchildren, Trevor
Crawford Morris and Gunnar Christian Morris, of LaGrange.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a
granddaughter, Cathy Stockton Shields; sisters, Alice Mac
Bond and Violet Pearl Begley; and brothers, John Ellis Sims,
,Jr., Grover Trent Sims, Andrew leo Sims.
Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home was in
charge of arrangements.
Ann Morgan Pombrio
January 28, 1922 - October 13, 2004
Member of the Baptist Church
Ann Morgan Pombrio, 82, of the Harrisonville Community
of Troup County and Niantic, Connecticut, died Wednesday,
, Oct. 13, at Hospice LaGrange. The funeral service was held
at 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 15, at the graveside in Myrtle Hill
Cemetery in Hogansville with Dr. Jasper N. KeitiL Jr. offici-
ating.
Born January 28, 1922, in Troup County, Mrs. Pombrio
was the daughter of the late W"flliam Dixon Morgan and the
late Anna Notes Morgan. She was a member of the Baptist
church and maintained homes in Harrisonville and Niantic
for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Pombrio of
Harrisonville and Niantic; three sisters, Jackie Ward of
LaGrange, Catherine Burgess of Coh~mbus~ ,and Nell
