Operation Christmas Fishing By RICHARD NASH By RICHARD NASH I had the honor of attending the celebration of life service for Naomi Ruth Sego Reader. It was a won- derful tribute for this lady. The two preachers done a outstanding job. The singers also were great. Naomi and her group Naomi & The Segos blessed many, many people down thru the years. We had the privilege at Harvest 13me Ministries of hav- ing Naomi & The Segos sing on several of our Gospel Sings. There has never been a finer lady to sing Gospel Music than Naomi Sego. Her group also had the distinction of having the first Million Selling album of the song Sorry I Never Knew You. Her group was on the popular program Gospel Singing Jubilee on Sunday Mornings. Naomi traveled all over the country singing for many years. Naomi will be missed. She was a anointed singer and was a blessing. The service was held in Macon at Snow's Memorial Chapel on Pio Nono Avenue. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetary in Macon. Thanks Naomi for the memories. Fishing for Youth of America is part of Harvest Time Ministries. As part of the out- reach we have Operation Christmas Fishing. Richard & Ginny Nash of the ministry sends out to youth a box of Fishing Tackle along with a letter of encouragement to fish and do other wholesome activities. It is the desire of the ministry to get our youth involved in things to steer them away from drugs, gulf gangs and violence. Fishing For Youth of America was founded in Memory of Rev. Cecil and Sarah Nash, Richard's Father & Mother. Perhaps you have children or grandchildren who could ben- efit from this outreach or maybe you know someone whom you would like to have a box mailed out to for Christmas. You can give in Honor or in Memory of someone. For more about the program you may call Ginny (770)- 696-7548 or Richard (478)-998-2996. Pictured is Cayden Coria from Lake Village Indiana who according to his mother was very excited to receive his box. Today, I wish to share " " " " something that I read i i the best I have today.
