The TC Sheriff's drug unit went to 324 Cooley Road at 10:45 a.m. After receiving information that Travis Harold Braswell, 21 of 458 Wares Cross Road, Rodney Eugene Cooley, 32, of 324 Cooley Road and Cynthia Diana Cooley, 29, of 458 Ware Cross Road, were in the process of packaging methamphetamine for resale and the sujects would be leaving as soon as they finished. Reports stated that agents made entry through i an opened front door in an attempt to secure the scene I prior to obtaining a search warrant. When entering the back door, agents made contact with Tcavis Braswell and Rodney Cooley, who were in the process of packaging methamphetamine into half gram bags. The agents said they could see in plain view three bags of "Meth" lying on a computer desk. And three larger bags were in an open carette box. Braswel] and Cynthia Cooley were transported to the Troup County jail and charged with possession of methamphetamine, with intent to distribute. Rodney Cooley was transported to the Troup County jail and charged with possession of methamphet- amine.
